About
Ken Pucker serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Tuck School and a Professor of Practice at Fletcher School at Tufts University where he teaches Sustainable Business Dynamics and The Origins and Efficacy of ESG Investing. Ken also serves as an Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners where he is focused on Consumer and Retail investments and is a founding member of the Responsible Investment Committee. Ken is a published author and writes about a range of topics including: sustainability, reporting, accounting, ESG investing, and sustainable fashion for journals including the Harvard Business Review, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Institutional Investor and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance.
Previously, Ken served as Chief Operating Officer at Timberland where he assumed multiple roles during his 15-year tenure. Ken serves as a board member at King Arthur Baking, New Standard Institute, Mighty Earth, High Meadows Institute, and the Commonwealth School. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and then served as a research associate at the Brookings Institution. Ken received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
